What is MeetMe?

MeetMe, previously known as MyYearbook, is a mobile phone app that was created to give users the possibility to meet people with similar interests. It belongs to a group of different apps such as Skout, Tagged or Lovoo. It already has more than 100 million subscribers.

MeetMe is a free-to-download app that allows its users to meet people of any age or country. Its mechanism is very similar to Tinder's since you are able to give like to other people's photos and vice-versa, If you pay you to download some extra features such as the possibility to see the photos of the users that have given you a like or have visualized your photos, and the removal of adds. In the free version, there are some interesting features that have made this app famous, the most popular one is a game where you have to guess the person that has given you a like, remember that in the free version you are not able to see their photos so it's pure luck.

If you are looking to meet new people this could be a good option, but try to be careful with ill-intentioned people!

Ton of spam accounts. Notifications are very slow. Chats in stream have a tendency to freeze if you are swapping between apps on your phone. App is basically buggy and lots of spam users.
